Where a plaintiff claiming not to have been paid “time and a half” for overtime brought suit under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a judgment dismissing the RICO claim should be affirmed under Torres v. Vitale, 954 F.3d 866, 875 (6th Cir. 2020).
